I love this place. The attention to detail, everything Harry Potter, the games! We had a fabulous night.
Comfy beds, great dark rooms for a perfect sleep.
Kitchen is well equipped, with tea and coffee.

Perfect location. Very clean. Walking distance from Warner Bros. Very clean. It was almost perfect for our Ten year old granddaughter and us. We really used the kitchen. The CoOp is a few minutes away. All the Harry Potter stuff made the stay extra special. We played chess and especially enjoyed the Sorting Hat! The owner was super attentive when I had questions.
The big bed could have been a little bigger. We are used to an American queen bed, so this one was a tad small. We managed though. It wasn’t uncomfortable. A sheet pan would have been a nice addition for the oven use.

My daughters loved the theme which set us up for our visit to HP. We loved the little Dobby and the Mandrake in the bathroom. Spacious and good option for our accessibility needs being located on the ground floor.

The decor was brilliant, very detailed and with lots of thought put in. There were lots of towels and the kitchen was well equipped for self catering.
The sofa bed didn’t work and collapsed when someone sat on it. The only resolution from the host was to put the cushions on the floor to sleep which was less than ideal considering they claimed the sofa bed was new. We’d had a long day and were very tired so this wasn’t a great situation to not be able to sleep well, especially given we had a 4 hour drive home the following morning. There were also no instructions for the under floor heating which was on full blast on the hottest day of the year meaning the floor bed was like an oven. We were advised there was another mattress in the hall cupboard which there was but it was filthy and not fit for use. We were grateful for all of the tea/ coffee etc but there was no milk so this wasn’t much use having arrived late at night.
