The house owner is pretty friendly and helpful!
I stayed in room4 and it wasn’t a big room like others, so it’s a bit uncomfortable with big luggage.

The place was clean and well-maintained. We loved having two bathrooms and a parking space for our car (the entrance to the parking lot is very narrow, so it can be difficult to get in with a large car, our Mazda MPV was fine).
The partition wall between the rooms doesn't reach the ceiling, so there is no acoustic privacy. Because of that, even quiet conversations are heard clearly on the other side, as if you were in the same room. We got used to it after the first day, but it still wasn’t pleasant.
