The Sciliar-Rosengarten Nature Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, begins directly behind the house, making it an ideal base for hiking, climbing, and nature exploration. In winter, the Carezza ski area is easily accessible via a cable car and shuttle, perfect for skiing, winter hiking, and snowshoeing.
