Property composed of main house and outbuilding, Comprensorio Cala Piccola 7 km from the centre of Porto Santo Stefano, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, residential area (villas), 1.2 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden with flowers and trees. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sun terrace. Stepped path (40 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 7 km, restaurant 250 m, bar 1.2 km, sandy beach "Giannella" 11 km, shingle beach "Cala Piccola" 1.2 km, thermal baths "Saturnia" 60 km. Golf course (18 hole) 14 km. Nearby attractions: Orbetello 16 km, Talamone 30 km, Porto Ercole 18 km, Capalbio / Giardino dei Tarocchi 40 km. Hiking paths: Parco Naturale della Maremma 45 km.
