Boiler room (shared washing machine, ski lockers). 1 private parking space. Shared unfenced grounds. In a country house located in a quiet hamlet in a meadow environment. Very beautiful view of the ski slopes and Mont Blanc. Very well placed for exploring the Val d'Arly and the surrounding passes (Col des Saisies and Aravis). Between Savoie and Haute-Savoie, located 600 meters from the Flumet ski slopes linking the Espace Diamant ski area (185 km of slopes), cross-country skiing in Praz sur Arly 6 km away or Les Saisies (Olympic Nordic ski area 16 km away). Many sports activities among the village resorts of Val d'Arly and Beaufortain with hiking trails leading to high-altitude lakes. Swimming pool and aquatic activities in Megève (11 km) or Les Saisies.
