LESCHAUX, in the heart of the Bauges massif, rental of a mountain loft of more than 100 m2, 6 people composed of:
A fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, kitchen utensils, dishes).
1 bedroom with a 140x190cm bed
1 bedroom with 2 beds (90x190cm), possibility of adding a baby cot
1 open mezzanine with a sofa bed 160x190cm.
Bathroom with shower and washing machine
Terrace
Heating: pellet stove in the main room and electric heater in the bedrooms and bathroom (pellets provided)
Wifi internet
Equipment: iron and ironing board, clothes line,
SUMMER: you are 15 minutes from the beaches where you can enjoy all the water sports and the joys of swimming. Possibility of hiking and all mountain sports
WINTER: you are 15 minutes from the Semnoz ski area where snow sports are practicable (downhill skiing, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, etc.)

Très agréable logis, joliment restauré et parfaitement agencé, géré par des propriétaires discrets, chaleureux et toujours disponibles pour fournir des informations précieuses sur la région. La localisation est idéale pour combiner une pleine tranquillité et la proximité d'activités sur le lac d'Annecy et des départs de randonnées. Merci à Véronique et à son mari pour nous avoir permis cette pause salutaire ! Tous nos voeux pour une bonne continuation dans leur activité d'accueil.

Juste savoir qu'il y a un escalier qui peut être dangereux pour les enfants en bas age mais à part ça très bien et le cadre est magnifique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir
