En voi sanoa etten pitänyt, mutta muutamaan seikkaan kiinnitimme huomiota: 1. Booking.com palvelussa on luvattu, että saamme kohteen osoitteen viikkoa ennen saapumista. Se oli meille tärkeä, koska emme tunne Lontoota ja halusimme suunnitella matkaamme hyvin etukäteen. Kohteen isäntä lupasi osoitetiedot, häneltä kysyttäessä, 24 tuntia ennen saapumista. Niitä ei kuitenkaan tullut silloin vaan jouduimme kysymään itse uudestaan. 2. Olimme ensimmäistä kertaa Lontoossa ja olisimme odottaneet parempia ohjeita miten saavutaan kohteeseen, missä on esim. ovi. Kohteen kuvissa näkyi kuntosali ja elokuvasalista, mutta mitään ohjeita missä ne sijaitsevat ja miten niitä voi käyttää ei ollut. 3. Kohde oli puutteellisesti siivottu. Märät pyykit olivat ripustettu vaatekaappiin eikä meidän vaatteille jäänyt tilaa ollenkaan. Asunnossa oli myös ummehtunut haju. 4. Ilmoitimme, että meitä on kolme vierasta. Kohteessa ei kuitenkaan ollut edes kolmea tyynyä. Eikä kolmannelle ole jätetty mitään peittoa eikä lakanoita.
