Great location, nice and spacious.
One of the rooms wasn't cleaned properly. Some clothes were left under the pillow in the larger of the two rooms. Other than that it was good. It would have been nice to have coffee and tea and milk.
Entering down the drive at night was a little daunting when on your own.

Good location, beautiful scene next to the River Thames
No free car parking, the mattresses were too soft, one of the beds was too small for two persons.

You can't fault the location, easy walking to Surbiton on Kingston and waterfront.
On arrival you could see there was alot of construction still being completed. Inside it was disappointing to find dirty wash rags in the sink and bench.

The location was lovely, was easy and quick to get to bus stops. The host was kind and very nice. However it was sad that we got no view of the Thames from our room despite showing pictures of it on the website.
There were cobwebs in almost every corner, which made us question the overall cleanliness.
It was very cold and the central heating didn't work at all.
The microwave didn't work as expected either.
