The property was really pleasant, nice simple and cozy, for the price it’s was the best value for money considering the amount of people we had staying, of course we were not expecting a villa but the house was notably clean, the linen was fresh and the host was responsive, I had a few reservations after reading the reviews however I gues experiences are different depending on expectations.
The property has a nice garden which can be utilised a bit more however since it was not advertised as having a garden the fact that we had a smoking area was a bonus.

The location and neighbourhood are good.
The poor communication with the property management. Kept us outside the property on the day of check-in, no one was opening the door, and there were no instructions at all for the check-in process. Had to call Booking several times to try and communicate with the property management as the phone number we were given was hard to communicate .
People were coming there to knock the door, claiming that they had booked the place as well. Was really an unpleasant stayed.
