This listing is for two lofts that are combined and conveniently open up to each other. Each loft has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and its own laundry rooms. There are two living areas that both feature large TVs. One of the living areas has a sofa couch that converts to a full bed with a memory foam mattress, while the other living area has a large sectional couch and a pool table.
There is a balcony with spectacular views of Louisville's skyline, perfect for sipping coffee as the sun comes up and cocktails as the sun goes down.

Large space/Clean/Close to restaurants! We were a group of 12 adults celebrating a birthday. The pool table was a plus! Plus lots of places to sit and eat or relax. Very roomy and lots of bathrooms! Very clean with easy check in.

Our family was in town for a wedding and Ellie’s place was perfect! The location was convenient and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our weekend. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of bathroom space for getting ready. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed this well appointed rental with 2 sides of 4BR/3BA units for our larger group of friends touring Ky distilleries. Pool table an added plus for entertainment and a few good bars/restaurants right around the corner. Would definitely stay again!
