About this house rental
This building just went through an extensive 1 year renovation and everything is new from the framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, flooring, trim, appliances and finishings. The building is centrally located downtown between Nulu and the Highlands and is also within walking distance to Paristown Pointe. This is one of the best locations in Louisville and you can be anywhere within a short walk or Uber. All three levels of the home have ceilings 12 ft tall or higher. The bathrooms are all custom tiled with glass enclosures. There are two living rooms with two 75 inch TVs, 5 couches, an oversized card table and two day beds. The private courtyard in the back includes a 20ft by 12ft covered Pavillion with patio furniture and the home is stocked with games including corn hole, life size Jenga, and Can Jam.

Host was easy to communicate with and the property was lovely. We found the property to be centrally located and within a 10-20 minute drive of all activities we planned. Lots of local places within walking distance! The property is well kept, the kitchen was well stocked, and all amenities in the listing were present.

Great property for large group (we had 20) with plenty of room to relax, dine, and enjoy the city. Our host was fantastic and very attentive.

Great place for our group came to Louisville for family wedding. We were all able to stay together plenty of space for everyone. This place was very nice the refrigerator was not working upon arrival but the owner was able to get new fridge for us the next day. Very responsive owner.

House was just as advertised. It was very clean, spacious, great kitchen and great outdoor area to relax with a cigar and bourbon. Very close to the downtown area bars, restaurant. We used Ubers and I wouldn't walk at night back and forth towards the attractions. Check-in was great as he accommodated our early arrival. He also promptly answered and messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again.
