Really nice location, rooms were spacious and property was nice and clean.
As a whole was a really good stay. Would defo recommend.

Home from home, close to our relatives and friends. Living room and TV were popular on long grey evening.
Facilaties such as pans, cutlery and glassware were a little sparse and too cheap. 2 glasses broke with just normal useage.

We loved everything about the house, all the rooms were lovely and clean, very spacious and the garden was really big. Toilet downstairs which was ideal, and a lovely bathroom upstairs.
Ther was a few factors that really let this property down. The gardens and The driveway on the property was full of rubble, (bricks, paving slabs, a fence, and large blocks of stone and a big metal barrier) Which was a shame as we had a 5 year old child with us and 2 dogs. Ther was no side fence to stop our boy or dogs from running to the front of the property and onto the road, and some of the Indian stones on the back patio wer loose. As for the house, ther was a large amount of mould and damp on the upstairs bathroom window, the upstairs boiler room door between the bedrooms would close due to no catch fitted on the door, cracks on the walls in multiple areas. Fridge was leaking from the water dispenser, the downstairs toilet seat was broke and put to the side of the toilet. And some stains on the carpet in the livingroom. It's a real shame as this is a beautiful house but these wer the only issues that let it down otherwise we had a lovely stay.
