Room was really clean and bed was very comfortable. Everything you needed in the room. Iron, hairdryer, fan etc. Breakfast was fabulous. Lots of choice and very well cooked. Staff were exceptional. Friendly, professional and helpful. Grounds are beautiful.
3 star because hotel decor is tired and carpets quite worn etc. With investment it could be absolutely incredible.

Beautiful lounge area and grounds
The constant droning humming noise that seemed louder at night. Extortionately expensive wine and no Yorkshire ales/bitters on tap. View spoiled by constant condensation on windows. Very awkward to use shower as rail too short.
