The bed very comfortable and everything was really clean. The bathroom is nice and it has all the essentials you need. I really liked that the balcony was huge because we could have a nice breakfast in the morning. The washing machine worked perfectly and there is a hanger for clothes when they're washed. You also have a TV, but we didn't use it because we were outside most of the time.
There is noise all the time in the streets at night, so if you're sensitive about that then maybe you should bring some ear plugs.
