Was comfy , great bed, lovely homey space. Lots of unexpected extras

Teri is super-friendly and very accommodating. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Close to Karapiro. Close to Sanctuary Mountain (especially the northern enclosure). Close to the Hamilton - Cambridge cycle track. Very good fish and chip shop just around the corner on Shakespeare Street (Leamington Fast Foods & Fresh Fish Supply).
The accommodation is at the back of Teri's place with no direct access so luggage has to be carried in. Small inconvenience.
