Comfort good.The rooms booked were as expected. Fulfilled our requirements at the time. The location was convenient for our journey. The staff were friendly. The car parking arrangements provided were handy.
We booked two rooms. One of the rooms remote wasn't working and as we arrived late we were unable to get it sorted by reception. That room also could have benefited from a fresh bed cover on one of the beds. The shared bathroom arrangement may not suit some.

Friendly staff conveniently located was very nice
It was very nosy with the other gentleman who stayed that same night and there wasn’t any parking out the back left due to then taking over the car park

Beds were very comfortable
Our room was very hot. There was a fan to use, but this didn't work.
Air conditioning in other room didn't work. There was a screwdriver stuck in the airconditioning unit. Not a good Look.
I turned on the shower, pulled the door shut, couldn't open door at first. Seemed like door was stuck. I finally got the door opened. After reshutting the door behind me in the showner, I was scared it was going to break. The door definately needs to be replaced.
