The Wagon House is a detached barn conversion in Tresmeer, near to Launceston in Cornwall. Hosting three bedrooms; a king size with en-suite wet room, a double, an adult bunk room and a single bed located on the mezzanine, this property can sleep up to seven people. Inside you will find an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, a utility room and a games room. To the outside is off road parking, a gravelled garden to the rear with a patio. Located in a quiet rural setting but within easy driving distance of both the coast and the moors. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome

Gas double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher, 3 x smart TV with Freeview, table tennis in garage, selection of booksand games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Log burner, Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off road parking for two cars. Enclosed gravelled garden to the rear with patio, barbecue and seating area. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 miles and pub 3.5 miles. Note: Mezzanine bed is not suitable for young children. In the bunk bed, the top bunk is only suitable to children over 6.

Launceston is within driving distance of the seaside resorts of Bude and Padstow to the north, and Plymouth to the south, as well as Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor. A superb base for exploring Cornwall and Devon.
