    5 floors without lift, no early check-in even after promising on email, bad receptionist, no toiletries provided, everything is for Money. Beds are clean with individual lights and charging points, very good spacious beds with curtains, enough space to keep our things, separate locker. needs improvements, good receptionist who can talk good to customers when they reach after long journey. Be kind in allowing guests with early check-in

    It was a cool experience! The rooms are pretty hot which helps during cold winter days, the staff are kind, the beds are comfy, everything is clean. The only downside is the location, but you can make your way with public transit pretty easily. Would've been so cool if it was walking distance though. Still a great price to performance hostel.

    Imagínate que llegas después de caminar por 1 hora y 30 minutos cargando tus maletas de 2 meses por que te perdiste, la chica del mostrador que te atiende no habla inglés y te quiere cobrar por poner tus maletas en el suelo (fue una confusion) pero quien supongo es la gerente en lugar de utilizar la empata y educación como parte de su labor en una empresa dedicada al SERVICIO Y HOSPITALIDAD te dice que no le gusta tu actitud qué o sonríes mas o te muestra la puerta para que te vayas... yo no debo imaginar nada por que así me recibieron, no me fui por que hice la reservacion con 6 meses de anticipación así que la planeación es muy importante para mi y sentirme segura por lo cual debí quedarme y la señora me siguió molestando los dias siguientes insistiendo en que le sonriera y me hacía gestos con las manos para que lo hiciera, realmente muy inmadura y grosera, incluso me dijo que aprendiera de ella que A PESAR de su trabajo sonreía (eso lo dijo todo) tengan cuidado de hospedarse aquí por que al igual que a mi podrian correrte solo por que la señora este de mal humor debido a su trabajo. (Conversando con un chico del restaurante *** que está a 3 minutos del hostal me comento que no he sido la primera que va asustada y triste a contarle que son maltratadas por la señora)
