This was my second stay at citizenM, and for all future trips I make to Paris, I'll be staying here. It's hands-down, the best value in town. With its exceptionally friendly staff, tech-equipped rooms, and convenient location, it provides me with exactly what I need for the short business trips I take here regularly. You also can't beat the location, which is a short walk from the RER. Great breakfast too with a super hip, swanky, and peaceful lounge area.

Everything was amazing, there was a small hiccup when I found out there’s a cigarette smell in the room and they cleared the smell pretty quickly. The staff were prompt and efficient with everything

my stay was for a concert at la defense arena. the location is right in front of the arena. staffs are super helpful and friendly which i loved the most. the room is very cute and clean. if you have an event at the arena, i strongly recommend this hotel, but reserve early even before fetching tickets! only to be warned is that right after an event, while there are tons of people flowing out from the venue, you may have to be on a long queue to get in for security reasons.
