Property is a good size, good location and good value for money
The property could do with a little refresh and needs more seating, crockery and cutlery when full ( we did have 8 adults) one of the shower rooms water is permanently boiling

Location is very good, very near to supermarkets and local amenities. Ample space and rooms. Neat and clean. Heating was very good. Had huge parking space. Checkin checkout was very smooth and comfortable.
Only few Kitchen cutleries were provided, could add in more cups, plates, spoons and sauce pans. In one bathroom shower, there was only hot water supply, could not use it for shower.

Lots of parking, nice & warm, it’s a large property and having 4 bathrooms was great. Good location & friendly host. Beds were comfortable, check in & out process was quick and easy.
It needs work, garden is a mess, old uncomfortable sofas, dirty carpets, bathrooms in need of a deep clean and it has an odd smell inside (I imagine others have noted this as there are room diffusers everywhere). It had been cleaned but it’s just hard for it to look & feel clean when the whole place is in need of a freshen up and update.
