If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- The guest suite is located on the top floor and features a King bed, a living area, dining table, and a kitchenette.- This a 4-story home. THERE ARE A LOT OF STEPS. You cannot access any part of the home without going up at least one flight of steps. The kitchen is on the top floor. Not recommended for the elderly and small children.- This home does not have A/C.- This home has an electric bear mat at the entrance. To the left of the front door, there is a button with ON and OFF settings. Press OFF before stepping on the mat, and you can turn it back on at checkout if desired. The mat can remain off during your stay.Parking Details:- 2-car low-height garage.- Garage clearance is only 7' and will not allow for sport rack/roof racks. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
