Especially the fact that it’s warm with classic heating and not a noisy A/C. The host is the definition of a host, polite and sympathetic and professional, whatever you need - he’ll help and fix. The location is in the center of the city and has supermarkets, pharmacies and a market place within 2min range.

The location is ideally situated in the city. Next to the center and in walkable distance to most necessary facilities. There is free parking provided by the host, who apart from that offers to help with any question or need the guest might need.
Moreover, it is spacious, and much worth its current price.
