This was our first time visiting Sokobanja. The owner is super friendly. We stayed for 2 nights, second floor room facing the main road. The accommodation is very clean, it is a new property. Car parking available. Solar water heater, hot water available at all times. Inside the room there is an induction stove, can do some light cooking, along with few vessels, cutlery and plates. The room is very spacious, large, had one double bed & one single bed, one couch, wardrobe, one dining table with 4 chairs. The balcony has rack and clips to dry clothes. Bath towels are provided. A large TV with basic channels. Free WiFi, good speed, around 30mbps. Air conditioner. We give 10/10 because at this price point it was Value for Mone
Location is 20mins walk to the city center, around 1km. The shower curtain should have been installed at least 4 inches lower, since it falls short on the bottom and water gets spilled in the washroom dry area. A cloth bath mat would be great. More hooks needed, could be installed on bathroom door, since there was only one hook for towel, while showering we had to keep clean clothes on floor or toilet seat. More shelves in washroom to keep toiletries. On holiday we like to wake up late, since it was summertime, the sun rises early; the window and door blinds are not suitable for complete darkness. Thick curtains would have been great. The WiFi on our devices kept disconnecting, we had to re-connect often. At check out we were expecting to meet the owner to give feedback/suggestions, however he was unavailable at the property.

Cleanliness, good location, quiet but 10 minutes walk from centre
A couple more electrical sockets would be useful.
