Casa Gianetta is a lovely property with amazing sea views and direct access to the sea and a natural pool through a flight of stairs at Praiano village, on the Amalfi Coast. This is a property where you can enjoy a quieter village with laid-back vibes, perfect for a relaxing stroll to visit its shops and restaurants, but still easily reach the Amalfi Coast`s beautiful and vibrant villages, like Positano, which is within a 15-minute drive from the property.

Please note: The access to the beach and the natural pool is through a shared path and a flight of stairs (205 steps).

INTERIOR:
The apartment develops over 1 floor, where we can find a lovely living and dining room, simply and traditionally furnished, a covered terrace with mesmerizing sea views, perfect for an aperitivo or an al fresco diner feeling the sea breeze, an independent full kitchen with washing machine and the bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a bathtub and sea views.
The second bedroom has two single twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

OUTDOORS:
Outside we can find a convenient parking space for one car. Access to the allocated parking spot is via a private track and an electric gate. From here, there’s a descent of 40 easy-to-manage steps, and then a climb of 25 steps. The apartment has direct access to the sea via a scenic pathway with a total of 205 steps.
