"Rosebank" is a spacious, characterful, Victorian house 5 mins walk from Falmouth's Gylly Beach and 10 mins walk to the town centre and harbourside. * Off street parking for 3 cars on a gated driveway. * Secure, private garden. * Second living room can be used as a separate office or additional bedroom (sofa bed). * Fully equipped kitchen (inc dishwasher) * Fast Wifi * Smart HD TVs * Two en-suite bathrooms * Spacious conservatory * Pet friendly

- Master bedroom with en suite.
- Bedroom 2 with double bed and WC
- Twin bedroom
