About this house rental
Elysian is an exquisite, three-storey townhouse, beautifully decorated throughout with distressed wood and slate flooring, original features and a contemporary yet shabby chic quality. With four beautiful bedrooms, private parking for two cars and stunning sea views across St Ives Bay. Elysian is a heavenly place and has everything you need for that special Cornish break all year round.
The open plan living/kitchen/dining area is located on the ground floor with the lounge windows overlooking the glorious ever-changing view across St Ives. The front door leads out to a charming terrace, a lovely spot to catch the morning sun or enjoy a few sundowners in the evening
The living area boasts a huge comfy sofa, two signature cosy chairs, a large Smart TV, and soft furnishings from the wonderful Cream Cornwall.
The stylish open plan kitchen is well equipped with a Range oven and gas hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, large American fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher
The striking dining table comfortably seats up to eight guests and is perfect for large family dinners or for that special celebration.
The utility room has a washing machine and tumble-dryer.
Located on the second floor the master bedroom is bright and modern with a king-size bed and ample storage. It also benefits from having an en-suite rainfall shower and a dressing table area where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views.
The second bedroom is also furnished with a king-size bed, has ample storage, stunning views of St Ives and is decorated with soft beige and white tones, conducive for a perfect night’s sleep.
The third bedroom has a double bed, ample storage and is decorated with bright and vivid soft furnishings with a gentle nod to the sea.
The fourth bedroom has twin beds, ample storage, and is only suitable for children.
There is a large family bathroom on the first floor with a roll-top bath and a separate shower, WC, washbasin, and heated towel rail.
On the top floor there is an en-suite shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail.
There is a terrace area to the front of the property with seating for guests, a great space for socialising in the summer months making Elysian a great choice for entertaining the family.
In addition, there is a cold water outside shower located to the rear of Elysian, perfect to wash off those sandy toes after a long day at the beach!

Lovely home, great location, clean and cozy. We stayed 5 nights and really had a good time. The beaches on St. Ives + sea side shops/restuarants are a walk away. The home is well maintained and comes with a lot of amneties. Definitely recommended!
