It was central, few meters from main street. Close to restaurants, mall and supermarket.
The building was new and really quiet. The flat was comfortable, spacious and well equipped.

The location is excellent, and the apartment itself is new, modern, and very clean.
However, several aspects of the stay made the overall experience feel less comfortable than expected.
We were asked to pay €30 per hour for early check-in. Since we arrived around 12:00, this would have meant €120 just to enter a few hours earlier, which felt excessive.
During our stay, we were informed that a ventilation technician would need to enter once, but the exact day was unknown — it could be any of the next three days starting from 8 a.m. If we were not present, they would enter using a master key. The uncertainty and potential entry during our absence felt intrusive while on vacation.
Although the apartment is modern and well-maintained, some comfort details were missing — for example, no bathrobes or slippers were provided.
Before checkout, we were instructed to remove the bed sheets, take out the garbage, and start the dishwasher. We were also asked to notify them if we planned to leave earlier than 11:00 so cleaning staff could arrive sooner. While we would normally leave the apartment tidy without being asked, the detailed checkout instructions added to the procedural feeling of the stay.
Overall, the apartment itself is very nice, but the service experience did not fully align with our expectations.

The unit was indeed new, very clean, spacious & neat. We booked for 6 pax. Check-in info was emailed to us for easy self check-in. The sauna in the unit was perfect especially since we check-in during winter. There is also an oven, microwave, washing machine, a fridge, dish washer & lots of cutleries provided in the unit. Both beds & sofabeds were comfortable too. In addition, it is less than 5mins' walk to the main shopping street, restaurants, supermarket & tour operators. Super convenient! Kind of missed our stay there! Will definitely recommend anyone visiting Lapland to stay in this unit!
We like this unit so much! Hence, dont have anything we don't like to share.
