We enjoyed our stay on many levels. The apartment was spacious, clean and it had a sauna!!! The generous, hospitable and responsiveness of Rauno made our stay memorable. We tried to book the apartment again. But it was booked out.

Todo EXCEPCIONAL.
Por destacar algunos aspectos, el Sr. Rauno es extraordinariamente amable y servicial. Nos envió taxis (tanto a la ida como a la vuelta directos aeropuerto-apartamento, con un cartel en el que nos recogían a la familia), nos surtió la nevera y despensa con todo lo que le pedimos, ya que nuestro vuelo llegaba algo tarde y estaríamos cansados para ir al supermercado), y estaba disponible en todo momento, incluso para ofrecernos orientación con las excursiones a realizar. Nos recibió con un bonito detalle para las chicas y los niños (unas cajitas de bombones y unos peluches de reno y husky :)
El apartamento está fenomenal: perfectamente aislado y con un buen sistema de calefacción y en un vecindario muy tranquilo (y a 5 minutos andando del centro de Rovaniemi). Tiene todo lo necesario: lavavajillas, secadora, una sauna finlandesa nueva y digna de probar, WIFI y canales de todo tipo en la televisión, y un salón - comedor espacioso para disfrutar en familia.
El precio se puede considerar muy asequible valorando la relación calidad-precio ,que es inmejorable.
Nos vamos con un muy grato recuerdo de la estancia. Muchas gracias.

Sono stato insieme alla mia compagna e ad altre 2 coppie di amici in questo meraviglioso appartamento vicino al centro di Rovaniemi. L'appartamento è stupendo, pulito, ampio e dotato di ogni confort.
Poco prima di arrivare è scoppiato un tubo per il grande freddo di questi mesi ma il proprietario è riuscito a far riparare con prontezza il guasto e a fornirci l'appartamento in condizioni perfette, offrendoci anche il pranzo per intrattenerci durante la riparazione.
Oltre all'appartamento volevo spendere qualche parola per il proprietario, Rauno. Rauno è stato un valore aggiunto alla nostra vacanza, ha organizzato tutto al meglio. Abbiamo partecipato insieme a lui ad una caccia all'aurora e al tour delle cascate e del canyon di Korouma. E' stato davvero carino in tutto, soprattutto nel raccontarci tutte le storie legate al posto.
E' stato un viaggio bellissimo e questo alloggio e il contributo di Rauno hanno reso unica tutta l'esperienza.
E' andato tutto bene.

The Host was an absolute gentleman. He met us at the apartment and advised us on everything in the apartment and different places we could visit. The apartment was fully equipped with all we needed and so central, minutes walk from centre of town, supermarkets, eatery's, bars, bus stops etc. I fully recommend this as I will definitely be going back.
