The apartment is located two city blocks from Farrington Station on a well-lit street. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the washer/dryer was very useful. The apartment was clean, and an iron and an ironing board were available, as was a hair dryer. The WiFi was solid. The bathroom was updated and well-lit. The bedroom was spacious, with plenty of storage, and a door provided privacy. Several grocery stores and restaurants were located within two blocks. The pub next to the entrance to Farmington Station serves very good food.
The rabbit-ear TV antenna in the apartment was not adequate for solid reception, so I bought one at the market to get decent coverage. I could not get the Wi-Fi TV system to work, probably my fault, but instructions would have been nice. It is listed as a ground-floor apartment, but is actually one floor up via a stairway. The washer/dryer is one unit and takes some time to wash and dry a load.

Good location. Well appointed. Large and spacious
Bit tired in places- bathroom mainly.
Not enough towels
Linen & cloths drying in many of the cupboards.
Some lightbulbs didn’t work
Didn’t see host but when we requested heating turning up it was done quickly.

It was spacious and furniture was ok. It was good to have a proper oven. Shower was good.
Steep stairs inside to first floor. Very noisy from main road and people passing at night. There’s a ventilation duct or such like outside bedroom window which gives a low level humming noise. Very annoying. No instructions to use central heating, microwave or tv. Just a few basic notes would suffice instead of total guesswork.
