Easy process, lovely well kept room.
Would have been nice to have a toaster in the kitchen and the door handle was coming off the bathroom so couldn’t fully close the door. There was a little mishap where another couple let themselves in to our room as there was no formal host desk so they didn’t know which room they were in. Partially our fault for not double locking the door.

Great central apartment. Clean and well equipped. Perfect for a night away in Leek. The lady who answered the Ring doorbell was lovely.
Lots of stairs to apartment 4&5. May be problematic for those with mobility issues. Guests will need photographic ID on arrival. Pigeons 😡, lots of noisy pigeons outside all night so we found it difficult to sleep. We could also hear a nearby disco , ( club) just to make people aware if you are relying on a peaceful night.

Fab location! Spacious and clean!
A little noisy outside but was only for an hour or so and understandable with the location!

We received no checking in details. Our larger room was unavailable when we turned up and we were offered no compensation. We were advised we would be ‘upgraded’ to room 3 on the top floor and it was not the family room we had booked and paid for. We had to ask for the heating to be turned on - which meant having to go to the boiler room ourselves and adjusting a dial set to 10 degrees. The bathroom was perishing.
