Great apartment. Location is ideal, very central with parking roadside and within walking distance to Leek market and town. Well equipped with all mod-cons, we cooked each night we stayed with no issues. Nicely decorated, feels very homely with plenty of space for a family to be comfortable. Bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage space - the bed linen, mattress and pillows were to die for, we had very restful nights, which after a long drive was much needed! Water bottles and included toiletries were a nice touch. The Co-Op below the apartment is very convenient for essentials. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive, kindly allowed us to check-in early as we were travelling with a baby. We will be booking again.
Wi-Fi was choppy, dropped out for hours at a time but that was only really an issue in the evenings.

Location was perfect. 5 min walk to shops/pubs. Apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. Very clean. The huge windows are great for making the room bright. Would recommend to all visiting this lovely town.
The 2 chairs in lounge area not the comfiest.

Room was very spacious
Heating was not working, tried messaging Britania Chambers but no one responded. 2 nights we stayed without heating.
