La casa està ben equipada, la situació és excel·lent (força cèntrica però en una zona tranquila) i els propietaris tenen un tracte molt agradable i col.laboratiu. Molt recomanable per a un grup de 6 a 8 persones.

A very comfortable house for 3 couples. The kitchen was comfortable to prepare meals, and we could eat together indoors or outdoors (weather permitting). The living rooms space was large enough for all of us. The small grocery store is a 6 minute walk, and if you are there over Sunday morning, nothing beats buying your meal preparations at the weekly Market. GREAT PARKING for 2 cars. The house is located a 10-15 minute walk from the Castle, and was generally quiet. We stayed for 5 nights, using Caen as a central location to explore Normandy (and because we watched a Tour de France stage). Washing machine and dryer in the basement. Easy to exit/enter the city. Very kind and helpful owners. We would stay here again.

The backyard was wonderful, very private with trees, plants, birds, butterflies, etc. The house has a fun, relaxing vibe and the owners were very welcoming and friendly. Good water pressure in the shower, very spacious home, great location!
Our stay happened to be during a heat wave and there was no air conditioning in the home. This is no fault of the owners because there was nothing misleading about the description of the property (AC was not listed among the amenities). But it is a good lesson for us: if the property description does not explicitly state they have air conditioning, it is probably safe to assume properties in France do not have it. This was also the case with the property we booked in Paris, too. It would be good to clearly state that the property does not have air conditioning somewhere in the description, especially for travelers who come from places where AC is standard.

La maison était grande , propres, plusieurs salles de bain , un propriétaire voisin qui sait vous laissez votre intimité et demande toujours avant de venir , arrangeant.
