- Conforme à la description.
- Appartement moderne.
- Bien équipé.
- Nuisance sonore importante (trains fréquents, appartements voisins, rue,...) si bien que la nuit fut fort perturbée malgré l'utilisation de bouchons d'oreilles...
- Un système d'air conditionné serait un plus.
- Les lits/coussins sont mous (gare aux maux de dos/nuques).
