Our goal was to spend one night. Advantages of apartments: 1) underground parking 2) can accommodate up to 7 people (1 sofa downstairs, 3 beds in one room and 1 bed in another room) 3) there was a snack for breakfast 4) this is the only apartment of 5 for our vacation, where the batteries were turned on in advance and we did not have to freeze 5) comfortable beds. The host also kindly communicated with us until 23:00 (we had a late check-in) - thanks a lot.
Cons that can be improved: 1) we arrived in a crossover type car and the car - it barely fit into the garage - we need to remove the shelves at the end of the garage so that the car can fit there. 2) The host sent a video instruction from 4 files and I had to ask additional questions, although it was enough just to make instructions from text and photos.: a) you need to pick up the key from the box on the balcony with a combination lock b) you need to use a keychain to get to the parking garage around the corner c) you need to open garage No. 8 (it has no key) d) you need to go up to the 1st floor by stairs or elevator around the corner 3) Breakfast is simple - don't expect to eat a big meal (we had food with us, so we weren't upset) - it's better to call it a snack. 4) you need to change the key box on the balcony, because it is very small for this key.

Par manque d'information nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à récupérer les clés.
D'après notre hôte il avait envoyé les informations à Booking mais nous n'avons rien eu.
Il a donc fallu passer des coups de téléphone et les premiers échanges ont été un peu rudes.
