Had to ask for check in and check out instructions because they were not delivered. Code that was sent also didnt work so had to call the host to figure it out. Small things but weren’t major issues. Other than these small inconveniences, it was overall a decent spot and had good amenities for a big group. Hence, 4 stars

The place was good overall, however there were a few issues. There was no communication about the placement of keys for the main bathroom and pool storage. The lights in the living room space strobe when you use the microwave, so you had to dim the lights quite far, while using the microwave.The lights in the seating area outside don't work. This wasn't communicated and we didn't find out till two days after inquiring. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The pool was fantastic for cooling down.

The property has some great qualities. Nice pool, neighborhood seems nice, inside remodel is good, kitchen is well stocked and a good amount of space in the home. Bathroom amenities also appreciated. Sitting out by the pool was lovely. Items that could be better-not enough towels(not one pool towel for the pool!), house could have been cleaner, the outside could use some TLC. A nice pool, but wasn’t clean after lawn service came through. Pool house is a fright.
