This cozy 3-bedroom home with a covered deck is perfect for family adventures or a peaceful nature getaway.
1 minute from ATX Wake Adventures, 2 minutes from Lake Travis Zipline, 4 minutes from Volente Beach Resort, and 30 minutes from downtown Austin. Close to great restaurants and shopping at Lakeline Mall.
A private hiking trail begins right behind the house, wonderful to explore the outdoors. Note: there is no direct walking access to the lake from this.
Parking capacity: ～9 cars
- Carport: 3 cars (stacked)
- Visitor parking: 1 car
- Extra parking: across from the “Deliveries” sign in the photo — fits 5 cars (good for small boats, Uber/Lyft, or taxis)
Walkways: 21 steps with a hand railing
The house is stocked with many things you may need: refrigerator, microwave, washer, dryer, phone chargers, games, toys, smart TV (Roku/Youtube), solar/LED lights, pots, pans, utensils, dishware, snacks, drinks, coffee, paper plates, zip lock bags, lighters, batteries, fever/headache meds, first aid kit, scissors, linens, towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, trash cans/bags, insect repellent, umbrellas, fire pit, outdoor dining set covered by roof, etc. Every room also has a northern light/aurora projector.
The property includes one king bed, one queen bed, two single beds, and one queen-size air bed, as indicated in the listing photos. Kindly ensure that you and your guests have suitable sleeping arrangements before booking.

Super nice property and very accommodating host

Secluded but accessible spot. We especially loved the spacious deck with sweeping view of the hills and lake Travis.The short hike right out of the back door was a great way to stretch our legs and check out the local flora.We also appreciate it that the house was very well supplied. There were multiple sets of kitchenware, the charcoal grill had everything ready for use. Plenty of games, puzzles and interesting objects around to keep our middle schoolers entertained.
