Take in the views from the home’s upper deck, the perfect spot for getting lost in the pages of a good book, dining on meals al fresco, and sipping on a refreshing afternoon cocktail while you watch the boats drift lazily by. As you make your way down to the shore, additional opportunities for relaxation present themselves on the patio whether you’re soaking up the plentiful sunshine on chaise loungers, soaking your tired muscles in the bubbling hot tub, or gathering around the firepit for an evening of stories and s’mores. For water-themed adventures, the dock is the spot to be, spending endless hours swimming and playing in the cool waters or setting off to explore in your desired watercraft.
If you’re heading out to explore the greater Ozark area, plan a visit to Bagnell Dam and snap some photos at the scenic overlook, stopping in for lunch at a nearby local restaurant located along the shoreline. This home comfortably sleeps 15 guests between 5 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and deck access.
Bedroom #3 includes 2 queen size beds and a smart TV.
Bedroom #4 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, a standalone full size bed, and a smart TV.
Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed and smart TV.
The home also includes an additional 2 full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking is available for 6 vehicles. The garage is not available for guest use.
• The fireplace is not for guest use.
• To access the dock guests will have to walk down several flights of stairs
• Please note that while the property offers a private dock for guest use, both boat slips and one PWC lift will be occupied by the owner's boats during all guest stays. However, the one PWC lift is available for guest use, and there is space to tie up a boat next to the dock if you plan to bring one. Use of the dock or PWC lift is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damage to boats or PWCs while on the dock.
• There are security cameras at the front door that monitor the entryway and mounted under the deck for dock security.

The property was overall nice with enough room for everyone. The beds were comfortable. The one down side was there wasn't enough hot water for more than one bath or shower. It was difficult for a family of 10 to get their showers in with no hot water. Other than that we were pleased with the property and had a wonderful stay.
