About this house rental
The home has large bedrooms each with multiple beds and 3 of the four have their own full bath suites. The sleeping porch room has a full bath it can use it is just not in the room. The home is walking distance to the pool with the best view in Tan Tar A estates. Of course, you may also use the outdoor pools at Margaritaville resort including the outdoor waterslide. The home is waterfront but does not have access to a dock
You can go for a safe walk in the estates on the 5K trail or even better walk the golf cart paths of a 9 hole golf course that is closed down but still maintained daily. The golf cart is a great option for visiting the resort at Margaritaville and it's numerous activities.
You can easily rent a boat for the day or even hire the water taxi to pick you up at The Landshark Bar for a full day or wet and safe fun. The area has wineries, excellent fish guide services, Horseback riding, rivers to float, Caves to explore, and so many more fun events. There is even a great trout fishing State Park 45 minutes away.
The area has many wineries, every dining option you could ask for, amazing fishing, outlet shopping, coffee shops, rental watersports many natural attractions like 2 state parks and multiple caves to explore. You can float rivers, ride horseback, there is even a casino 80 miles away for a day trip. You are by no means limited to the resort for your entertainment.

We had an amazing stay here! Our large group had so much space and it was nice to have plenty of beds for everyone. The view is great and the house offers a lot of amenities like the grill and fire pit. We used the beautiful pool in the neighborhood and the area was safe and pretty quiet.

Overall the location is good, many of us did not get much sleep as the lights throughout the house would come on without anyone flipping a switch. Lights and fans would turn on randomly throughout the day, often waking us up at 2 or 4 in the morning. The house would be great if it was updated/renovated. Many things were broken, dirty, dusty, or didn't work. Messaged the host to fix an A/C unit that wasn't working, he came over to fix it and while we pointed other things out that needed fixing we didn't expect to have to have things fixed during our stay. When you schedule a vacation rental you want it to feel like a vacation instead of having to call for things to get fixed. John (Owner) seemed nice but the house needs major improvements and things needed to be cleaned properly.
