Location-wise it was an easy walk to the closest lift chair for going up the mountain. There was a decent restaurant nearby and a more cafe-like restaurant even closer. The apartment was clean and larger than I anticipated. The Wi-Fi was sufficient to get Netflix working at least. We arrived a little early but were able to get in as the place had been cleaned, and the hosts sent us the code. Parking outside was easy. Lots of hot water in the shower. A big space outside the back of the patio doors too.
It was a little noisy at times from the residents above - the floors are tiled, and we could easily hear the scraping of chairs and tables and loud conversations from above. I assumed they were holidaymakers above so it varied depending on the day/night. I had packed ear plus which helped..
The heating had electronic thermostats on each radiator and a central control but that didn't seem to match up with the settings so at night we were a little cold at times, but that was a minor issue.
It was a fair walk to 'town', uphill, but we did get the ski bus a couple of times and mostly got the ski lift in the mornings anyway. Walking back was ok though as all downhill!
