The location is perfect for a ski vacation. 100m to the chair-lift. Waling and not ski-in/ski-out, but 100m is more than ok. With a chairlift you enter the total ski-system. There are cafées and restaurants in the Jovenceaux-area(which is the area of Sauzed'Oulx you stay in). They are highly recommendable. The view from the balcony magnificient. easy to find, easy access to the appartment. Four persons are ok in the apartment, three maybe better though, because it is a bit narrow and not that many places to store clothes. The place was very tidy and clean. Wi-Fi worked with good effect.
I miss a welcoming-folder with description of the area. The kitchen was narrow, ok, but no oven and we lacked a toaster for bread. For kids(we had no kids with us), this could be of value. The key to the skibox in the basement did not work. No big issue, as we stored the skis on the balcony. One thing to note is the 5-600m to the shops in the town of Sauze d'Oulx. If you have a car, not a major issue. If you don't have a car it is a VERY steep walk to the town. It takes some 15-20 min and the initial ten minutes is very steep. The shops downtown- Carrefour- are pretty good equipped with food. Transports to the town exists though, as there is a bus stop just outside the apartment. We did not try that though. One thing to note is the lack of local bread close to the apartment. maybe it exists, but to walk the steep walk to get bread is heavy stuff in the morning. In general though- VERY satisfied with the apartment and the location.

This flat is very warm and only about 100m from the ski lift. The info says you can ski to the door, but we never found how to do that. The beds are comfortable, but the bunk room was small for 2 adults sharing.
The whole flat is very clean with nice fluffy towels! There is a large reserved parking space in the underground car park, and a small boot room for your skis (which needs a good clean).
It's a short walk to a good bar and a restaurant, or 20 mins uphill to Sauze, which is nice.
The big downside though, is that the flat is very old fashioned and oddly organised. Eg the kettle and microwave are balanced on a stool in the living room, the toaster is kept with the Playstation. There are no cupboards to keep food and very little worktop to prepare food, but there are 2 big drawers containing 14 saucepans & frying pans! Similarly the cutlery and kitchen utensils are in drawers that only open half way before they fall out. If the kitchen was better organised, and there were more electric sockets, it'd be a very comfortable and convenient flat.

Small but just enough space for family of 4. Comfortable beds. OK Wifi. Kitchen had all we needed to cook up meals.
Underground parking. Lovely restaurant round the corner.
Location is amazing - 1 minute from the chair lift. Main town 2 minute drive or an uphill walk!
The ski resort is great - loads of good runs. Never very busy (Feb Half term)
Could do with some wine glasses!
Ski locker room is in car park, so can't warm boots up.
