Die Lage ist spitze, toller Blick sehr ruhige Lage, alles in der Nähe, Pizzeria, Kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker im Netto
Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, die Decke knarzt wenn die Bewohner oben drüber laufen. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist spartanisch, für eine Nacht wars OK, für längeren Aufenthalt wenn man dort kochen will siehst eher schlecht aus, vielleicht muss man es anfordern.

Excellent communication from the owner, he can speak fluent English, German and other languages, which is really handy. We hopped off the train in Koblenz Stadtmitte and walked over here. It was a beautiful walk, just make sure that you don't have a lot of luggage and good shoes, but apparently you can also catch a bus or a taxi to get here.
The quality of the room is very good , it's quiet, and the view is spectacular, especially if you enjoy barges going past and people watching.
Wish that we could have stayed longer.
That we arrived on Saturday night and the supermarket was closed on Sunday.
