About this apartment rental
Fully equipped apartment on the first OG a 2-family house in a quiet location overlooking the Rhine, with 1 parking space, near Koblenz, Westerwald, Eifel u. Hunsrück.
The apartment has 70 square meters and a balcony overlooking the Rhine Valley.
It is divided into:
a large living room with TV and additional sofa bed,
a bedroom with 3 beds, wardrobe and desk
a well-equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher
a bathroom with shower, tub and toilet.
There is a possibility, your bikes, strollers, bikes under note etc. securely in the large, attached garage.
We would be on site for inquiries and assistance available.
The house is situated in a quiet dead end, above the town of Vallendar on the Mallendarer mountain. Within walking distance you will find a small food market, a newsagent, post office and pharmacy, a beautiful outdoor pool, tennis courts and bus stops in the direction of Koblenz.
The town has the usual discounter, doctors, dentists and restaurants, etc. Likewise one can drive from here with the ship to Koblenz and to the German corner.
Vallendar is the ideal starting point for hikes along the Rheinsteig, cycling Rhine, Mosel and Lahn and exploring the adjacent low mountain ranges Westerwald, Eifel and Hunsrück at.
Our guests like please deal with the means and the neighborhood as if it were her. There are dogs and cats in the environment, we ask not to bring their own pets. In the apartment smoking is prohibited. On the balcony but an ashtray is available.
The neighborhood you will hardly notice. At best located here and there rather barkers, before you need have no fear.

Das Vermieterehepaar Meyer war sehr freundlich und nett. Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet, es war alles für den täglichen Gebrauch vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sauber und geräumig.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Den flotteste lejlighed med alt, hvad man behøver. Pænt og rent. Intet at klage over. Meget flink og hjælpsom udlejer.
