The property was the right size and in the ideal location for us to meet up with family. Close to the M27 & M3 motorways made it an easy journey. On the Saturday we took the P&R (South) into Winchester and visited the Christmas Market. The cost was only £3.50 to park all day and up to 5 people travel for free ! The location of the property is in a very nice residential area, which if we had more time, we would have explored (the lake) with our Granddaughter. Plenty of options nearby to pick up groceries and places to eat, so a very well placed location.

The property was clean and it was handy to have 4 bedrooms. It’s OK for a short stay. It was in a handy location for us. A quiet neighbourhood and friendly neighbours.
Due to our circumstances, we stayed 20 nights and found “the little things” irritating. The plumbing often vibrates loudly when turning on a tap or flushing the toilet. There were moving floor boards in the kitchen, the fridge/freezer is not located in kitchen, the dining table was awkward to use when there was a group, the downstairs bedroom was musty. The property needs a good revamp, both inside and out.
