Our host was fantastic before, during, and after our stay. There was a very urgent issue our family needed help with during our stay. Not only was the host incredibly responsive, he had a solution within an incredibly fast amount of time. The house is in a fantastic location. It's a very doable walk, even with luggage, to the train station, and has good gelato, literally right outside the door of the unit. There were great meal options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Some of our favorite food was while we were in Arezzo. I would highly recommend staying here.
Just prepare yourself, as the description to the rental states, it is up 3 flights of stairs. This isn't a con for us against the property, just something to note when booking. Also, note the hallway is very dark at night, but there are light switches on each floor to light the way.
