Welcome to our newly built, 2 bedroom, family-friendly home in Seattle. Perfectly set up for long-term or short-term stays, our home is located in the Bryant neighborhood of Seattle and is close to Seattle Children's Hospital, the Burke-Gilman Trail, U-Village, and UW.
We have a King-Size Primary bedroom and Queen-Size second bedroom, both with full bathrooms. There's a dedicated workspace with fast wifi.
Fully furnished with kids toys, utensils and amenities.
There's a dedicated parking space by the home, and free street parking for any extra cars.
Our home is located in the Bryant neighborhood, and is less than 5 minute drive to Seattle Childrens Hospital, the UW Husky Stadium and the University Village Shopping center.
A quiet, family friendly neighborhood, its walkable to the Burke-Gilman biking and running trail.
Our home is newly built, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

We had a great time in Ryker's home. It was spotless and centrally located. The two bedrooms each had private bathrooms making it convenient for traveling with other adults. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable and the bedding was clean. The home is in a nice neighborhood with was ample street parking. My son enjoyed sitting on the small front porch in the evenings, enjoying the quiet neighborhood. We would definitely return to this property when traveling in Seattle.

The home was as advertised, clean, and perfect for 2 couples (or a small family). The location is also a great perk...located in a quiet, safe area and walking distance to the main trail into town, U-Dub, coffee shop and even a grocery store. The small yard was perfect for our pup to hang while we were grilling. The off-street parking was great, but the area also permitted for ample on-street parking. Ryker was also easy to work with and prompt with responses. We will be back for another stay!

Ryker was a great help after needing to change our plans at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. He went above and beyond. The property was everything we hoped for!
