Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms with ample closet space...two of which have in room fireplaces and balcony access overlooking palm tree skylines, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening relaxation! For added convenience, there’s central HVAC, an in-unit washer and dryer (with supplies provided) and two covered parking spots included. There is also usually plenty of parking on the street out front. This Historic Victorian style property is a triplex which features three attached units in the heart of Garfield Heights landmark district. The classic Pasadena neighborhood surrounding it is absolutely beautiful with spacious sidewalks, tree lined streets and many historic architectural properties nearby. It's a great neighborhood for a family stroll. It's also super close to many local attractions, including a short walk to La Pintoresca Park & Pasadena Library (great for kids), and is just an 8-minute drive to the endless romantic boutiques, shops, dining and nightlife in nearby Old Town Pasadena! It's also a 7-minute drive to the iconic Pasadena Rose Bowl. This is a lovely space for anyone looking for a short getaway or more long term visit to the heart of Pasadena.

We were in Pasadena for a family wedding and the apartment met our needs perfectly. Both the apartment and the neighborhood have charm. Rooms are spacious, light filled, clean, tastefully decorated and organized. We enjoyed the gas fireplaces in the living room and in two of the upstairs bedrooms and the views from the upstairs have many trees, flowering shrubs, houses and glimpses of the San Gabriel mountains in the distance. The neighborhood streets have well kept California bungalows and gardens with scattered grand houses. We'll return when we visit our family again.

House was cute but a little difficult to find. It was clean upon entering with only one blunder of some hairs found on a towel in the bedroom upstairs . Other wise the property mostly lived up to the pictures although the living room was a bit smaller than we thought it would be based on the pictures. The area was safe and had a lot of access to local restaurants. The stay was great overall and I would recommend.

Our overall impression of this property was excellent! It was as described, clean, and comfortable. We even had the luck of having great neighboring guests who were fun to chat with.Its is very close to the Rose bowl, which is where our concert was. It is in the heart of Old Town Pasadena, so you're close to everything.Our only minor concern was the neighborhood. We had no problems whatsoever, but we went for a walk at night and it got a bit sketchy. As far as the neighborhood goes, there are some houses that are gems and some that are a bit run down. When you arrive, you find yourself saying "it can't be around here." Then you see that this place is one of those gems!upon our arrival, the unit wasn't ready. It was a minor issue that was addressed by our host, and we were compensated. Very fair considering that we weren't the best guests. Our conversations were a bit loud past acceptable hours at a nice outside seating area!Anyway, you can't go wrong staying here.Thank you to our hosts.
