My friend and I flew in from different parts of the country to see our alma mater play at the Rose Bowl. This condo was perfect for our needs - the two bedroom suites were ideal for each of us to have our own separate spaces, and although we really only used the place to sleep and shower (we had busy days away from the rental), the shared living area was great for hanging out before we headed out in the mornings The condo is an easy walk to nearby restaurants (the bar at Arroyo Chop House was perfect for solo dining and nice cocktails my first night; there are good coffee spots very close as well; and Old Town Pasadena is an easy, approx 1 mile walk), and it's a short drive to the Rose Bowl. Kathleen was very quick to respond to messages, and the provided instructions for check in and -out were clear and easy. Would definitely stay here again if my travels being me back to Pasadena!

It was the perfect location for us: a one minute walk to Superba coffee cafe, 3 minutes to Trader Joes, and 12 minutes to my son's apartment. And We really appreciated that both bedrooms had their own bathrooms.

We visited Pasadena to see the Rose Parade. The house location is excellent; it is close to Trader Joe's, CVS, and many other stores. We might have had a little issue with the laundry machine, but it was attentively fixed even during the holiday season; it was just fantastic service. Thank you for all the excellent hospitality and care for our comfort.

This is a very nice property. It is well located, clean, well stocked and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and the area is nice to walk in. We would love to stay there again. The only negative is that the WiFi would frequently go out, it wasn’t much of an issue for us but it does mess with the tv if you are watching Netflix. Note the bedrooms are upstairs which I didn’t realize from the pictures again, not an issue. The property is as pictured also.
