Location was great, next to the Lauta Park.
The pre check in registration process is not working properly. I tried to do it couple of times and each times I spent time with the support by phone but due to technical issues it was not possible. Finally we agreed to send the ID by email in order to register me and secure the check in.

Clean, quiet, well-furnished apartment. Easy check in and out, good communication with host.
Street parking is not available after 6pm and I had to park 3-4 blocks away and walk to the apartment which was very inconvenient for loading/unloading the luggage.

Избрахме апартамента най-вече заради местоположението. Апартаментът беше приятен и чист, имаше два климатика, които добре отопляваха помещението. Служителите на агенцията, която държи апартамента, отговаряха веднага на съобщенията ни, нищо че беше по време на празници.
Най-големият минус беше, че душът беше счупен и нямаше как да се изкъпем първата вечер от престоя ни. Според мен, когато ще идват нови гости, трябва да се проверява дали уредите работят, малко беше странно да не са видяли, че душ главата е откачена. На следващия ден дойдоха, за да го поправят и ни направиха 10% отстъпка от цената на престоя. Другото нещо беше, че в един от кухненските шкафове имаше машинка за бръснене, пълна с косми - отново странна работа.
