The apartment was huge with 2 bedrooms, big kitchen box with living room and wide corridor in the centre of Plovdiv.
The apartment was cold during our first night even though the two ACs were on. while the second bedroom had no functional AC, and the small heater provided by the owner was insufficient, making the room unusable

Appartment overall, good comfortable planning, coffee maker with lots of capsules, rather big smart TV and absolutely very nice terrace. Possibility to find eventually free parking place in the evening)
Bathroom with tropic shower without any glass cabin shield or something, which leads to all the surrounding area and floor wet, including toilet and meters around. Absence of dish washing machine.

The city of Plovdiv is quite an unknown destination for us Dutch people. But what a beautiful city. We stayed for 2 nights in “Sunny Balcony,” but we would have liked to stay longer in both the city and the apartment. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is new and fresh. The large rooftop terrace is wonderful, and there are also a few small balconies. Parking in Plovdiv is not easy. We parked the car at the “Trimontsium” hotel. For 30 LEV per day it was perfectly fine. You can, however, easily drop off your luggage at the apartment first and then park your car. All sights are within a short walking distance from the apartment. We can highly recommend Sunny Balcony.
A shower curtain would be nice.

Лесно се настанихме, апартамента беше чист, просторен и много добре обзаведен, а терасата наистина е чудесна. Нямахме никакви проблеми с апартамента по време на престоят ни, освен с паркирането.
Отбелязано е безплатно паркиране на улицата, но то е почти невъзможно много натоварена улица всяка пряка е Синя Зона и едвам намираш място на самата улица има не повече от 20-тина места, които се заемат от сутрин до вечер, вдигнаха колата сутринта и домакина ни съдейства след това, но паркирането е ужасно в района бих препоръчал да оставите колата на платен паркинг не знам къде е най-близкият...
