La proximité du centre ville, la propreté du logement
la douche qui se trouve directement dans la pièce principal (pas d'intimité). Peu de place pour circuler une fois le lit installé (divan lit) dont le confort est moyen mais acceptable pour 2 nuits

The check-in was not smooth. There are two doors. The homeowner only gave the password to enter the room but not the password to enter the main gate of the residential area. It took two calls to answer. The wifi password was not disclosed either and was not posted inside the house. It was only after asking the homeowner again that they were told.
The room is located in the semi-basement. It is relatively small but habitable. It's a sofa bed. The window can't be opened. There will be a smell in the room. It's relatively clean, has simple tableware and can be used for cooking.
The notification of check-in methods needs to be improved and the check-in video should be sent in advance.
